LSK students in grades 9-12 had the hands-on opportunity to try simulators that mimic real Cat® machinery. Dexter Institute Private Career College, Dexter Construction and other companies use these simulators to help students develop their skills before operating real machinery. Using authentic controls and virtual environments, students can learn basic controls as well as advanced techniques in replicated worksites such as construction and mines.
